15 Cars strong at Rockford Speedway yesterday for the Magnuson 44! We had several teams with parts shortages that could not make the opener however we are excited to see them join us in the next few weeks. Thank you again to Service Pallet, LLC for sponsoring our race yesterday, and thank you to Wilkins Rebuilders Supply Co for everything you do for us.
Ron Vandermeir Jr. wins the feature with another great performance and picking up fast time as well in his Mac Rak, Finish Line Flooring, R1 Graphix Camry.
One of our other veterans in a borrowed car picks up second place and also wins one of our Schaeffer's Oil heat races. We are excited to see Rick Corso in his brand new car at Hawkeye Downs Speedway and Expo Center in just a few weeks!
Our new dad Cody Clubb picks up third place in his Clubb Construction, Brickey Heating and Air, Bills Speed Shop Ford! Splitting his time between dirt and asphalt racing this year look for the Clubb family at tracks all over the Midwest.
4th place goes to our 2021 Rookie of the year Timothy Stewart in a great start to his 2022 title hunt.
5th place Steve Blair in an impressive showing at Rockford which has been a track the teams has struggled at for the past few races.
6th place with Rick Redig-Tackman in the Haver family car that RJ has been working feverishly for the past several weeks. Great first outing in the car!
